A major manufacturer and distributor of component products of building products for the Recreational Vehicle, Marine, Manufactured Housing, and various industrial markets.

Patrick Industries, Inc. was founded in 1959 and is a major manufacturer and distributor of component and building products for the Recreational Vehicle, Marine, and Manufactured Housing industries. Patrick also supplies many of its products to certain industrial markets that include customers in the residential housing, high-rise, hospitality, kitchen cabinet, office and household furniture, fixtures and commercial furnishings, and other industrial markets. Patrick’s major manufactured products include decorative vinyl and paper laminated panels, solid surface, granite and quartz countertops, fabricated aluminum products, wrapped vinyl, paper and hardwood profile mouldings, slide-out trim and fascia, cabinet doors and components, hardwood furniture, fiberglass bath fixtures and tile systems, thermoformed shower surrounds, specialty bath and closet building products, fiberglass and plastic helm systems and component products, wiring and wire harnesses, boat covers, towers, tops and frames, electrical systems components including instrument and dash panels, softwoods lumber, interior passage doors, air handling products, RV painting, slotwall panels and components, aluminum fuel tanks, and CNC molds and composite parts and other products.

Patrick also distributes pre-finished wall and ceiling panels, drywall and drywall finishing products, electronics and audio systems components, wiring, electrical and plumbing products, appliances, cement siding, raw and processed lumber, FRP products, interior passage doors, roofing products, tile, laminate and ceramic flooring, shower doors, furniture, fireplaces and surrounds, interior and exterior lighting products, and other miscellaneous products, in addition to providing transportation and logistics services.

Patrick operates over 170 manufacturing and distribution facilities located in the United States, Canada, China and the Netherlands.

Our history within the Manufactured Housing and Recreational Vehicle industries

Patrick Industries has a long standing of good business with in the Manufactured Housing, Recreational Vehicle and Marine industries.

    Founded in Elkhart, Indiana

  • 1961

    Company Incorporates

  • 1963

    First expansion into a new distribution warehouse in Georgia

  • 1968

    Company renamed Patrick Industries, Inc. and goes public.

    Opens facilities in Kansas, Pennsylvania, Texas, North Carolina, and Florida.
    Acquires Midwest Laminated Products and Mobilcraft

  • 1971

    Listed on NASDAQ stock exchange under the trading symbol PATK

  • 1972

    Starts Custom Vinyls laminating division

  • 1973

    Acquires Nickell Enterprises

  • 1980

    Acquires ILC Products Company, Inc. and its Conroth distribution division

  • 1995

    Purchases US Door in Phoenix, Arizona

  • 1996

    Opens Woodburn, Oregon facility, a custom vinyls and distribution center

  • 1998

    Acquires WoodTek Industries, a supplier of doors to the RV and Manufactured Housing industry

    Acquires Lanmark Distribution, a northern California warehouse distribution center

  • 2004

    Paul Hassler elected as President and CEO

  • 2007

    Acquires Phoenix, AZ based American Hardwoods

    Acquires Elkhart, IN based Adorn Holdings, Inc., largest acquisition to date

  • 2008

    Paul Hassler appointed as Chairman of the Board

    Todd Cleveland appointed as President and COO

  • 2009

    Paul Hassler retires as CEO, Todd Cleveland appointed as CEO

    Adds electronics to its product mix
    Completes the sales of American Hardwoods and the aluminum extrusion operation (Patrick Metals)

    Acquires Quality Hardwoods Sales and Blazon International Group
