Due to all the variables, set times can vary from day to day depending on weather conditions, substrates used and application. Under ideal circumstances our wood glues will set in 45 minutes. Ideal circumstances being the glue at a temperature of 78 degrees F, low humidity and quality substrates.

SET TIMES WILL DECREASE AS:

Temperature increases causing the glue to become thinner. causing various substrates to become more porous and absorbing to the glue.

SET TIMES WILL INCREASE AS:

Temperature decreases causing the glue to become thicker causing the various substrates to be colder and less porous. The glue will remain on top of the substrate increasing dry time.
