Patrick Industries warrants the products listed in its catalogs to be free of defects in material or workmanship. This warranty does not cover defects or damages attributable to improper use, installation or maintenance of the products. It also does not cover products which have been altered.

In case of a defect, Patrick Industries will repair or replace any defective product free of charge, subject to its inspection and approval.

Patrick Industries shall not be liable for any consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

All implied warranties, if any, existing under law or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are limited in duration to the period of warranty.

Some states do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser from Patrick Industries for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery of products to the original purchaser.

Upon discovery of a defect, notify the location of purchase, and arrangements will be made for return of merchandise to Patrick Industries.

This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
